Good day, my name is langa. I live in Plumstead. A friend of mine who lives in delft has not been working due to this pandemic… She tried to ask for food parcel but she was told that it is only for sa citizens. She is a mother, and sadly cannot even afford to buy nappies, food nothing. I have helped but I can’t now anymore as I am also off now until this ends.

Can you please assist.
