The President must think carefully about the role he fills. He is there for the people – the good of the people, the positive future of the people and the country. He is, in fact, called to be the wise, judicious, caring senior in Parliament. He is accountable to us – the people. He is the one who must ensure this is the priority. If, as it seems, he does not regard this as his responsibility then he must step down.
