This livestreamed interfaith event on theological dialogue and practical ethics, hosted by the Catholic Church in Cape Town and the Ahlulbait Mosque in Ottery, took place at St Mary of the Angels Church, Athlone on 12 October at 7.30 pm. Presented by Fr Chris Clohessy (from Rome) and chaired by Fr Peter-John Pearson.
I so appreciate being on ADCT list , and being able to watch this wonderful discussion. I wrongly presumed that the title of the document was another way of saying Fratelli Tutti!
I heard so much that was new to me and am overcome but the addresses of the Muslim speakers. I know about the Claremont Mosque and its amazing stance.
I thought the professor was an outstanding example of a woman of faith who is totally empowered and stands down for no man.
Many thanks to the organisers.
Kind regards
