  1. I would like to thank Archbishop Brislin, all clergy, all religious, for just doing everything,. for keeping us up to date at all times.. During this Lockdown time, i came to realize how important my faith is, how important it is to fellowship and How important and blessed we are as Catholic Christians to be able to to receive the Blessed Eucharist. May Almighty God bless our Catholic faith, Our Priests, all Religious, all Parishioners, and all the ministries in our Church. . We ask our Blessed Mother to always intercede for us, especially for this Covid-19 virus. We trust in You Almighty God, in the name of the Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit Amen. Viva Catholica Viva!! God bless OUR CATHOLIC CHURCH!!!

  2. Please can we have a written version. I can read it in three minutes instead of listening to it for 15.

  3. Thank you, Your Grace. This is not an easy decision to make. In Poland, the Bishops’ Conference also only allowed five persons per Holy Mass at the height of their lockdown. Later, maximum persons in attendance were determined by size as per square meters of church space. Something else which was suggested, but I don’t know if implemented was an increase in the frequency of Masses, while also keeping churches open for Blessed Sacrament Adoration and private prayer.

    Laudetur Jesus Christus
    Praised Be Jesus Christ

  4. Thank you Archbishop Brislin wise decision may the Holy Spirit guide you.
It is at this time you realize the privilege of receiving the Eucharist but we are grateful to our parish priests who stream Holy Mass each day enabling us to receive Christ spiritually.

    God bless you

Thank you for your ongoing spiritual support and for these online messages which I am sure will be enhancing our own compassion for others and our own spirituality during these difficult and uncertain times. Trusting that you are well.
    Praise the Lord.
You,as the Shepherd of the Church, have made the right decision to protect your sheep. With the rapid increase of Virus Positive cases and Deaths in Cape Town we are all at risk.
